Client experience is huge for me, I’ve tried quite a few different platforms and have pros and cons on each I’d love to share with you!

HoneyBook

Pros:

  • Super easy to use and customize

  • Client portal

  • Lots of tools and templates

  • The CRM I personally use: referral code here!

Cons:

  • Time consuming to set up

  • There is a learning curve

  • Slow to update

Dubsado

Pros:

  • Extremely customizable

  • Very high end looking

  • Looks really nice from a client’s perspective

Cons:

  • Very complicated to learn for me

  • Ultimately too time consuming compared to Honeybook
