Prints & Products

Many of you might not know this but it’s a huge pet peeve of mine to have to go to the store. Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE grocery shopping, (weird, I know, but definitely going to be my next career choice if this picture thing doesn’t work out) but going to a chain store for stuff and things is such an annoyance to me.

Why?! Maybe it’s the long lines, or never finding the one thing I went in for and always buying a bunch of other stuff, rude people, I could go on. But the thing that irks me the MOST is the terrible customer service that occurs 99% of the time. So it really bothers me giving these people my business.

Now what does this have to do with prints? Let me tell ya, I always have a terrrrrrible time printing photos there. I want to decorate my house all cute and have an album of pictures of my dog, but any time I go in there it NEVER gets printed in the time they say it’s going to. Not to mention the colors are always whack. They’ve even called me MONTHS later saying my photos are ready to be picked up after I harassed them about getting them done. I gave up at that point.

I don’t want any of my clients to have to go through the same thing! It’s annoying. I decided I’d offer higher quality (I’m talking quality people) prints from a professional print lab.
